Therapeutic Massage
A completely customized service, your Therapeutic massage session begins with a consultation with your therapist to discuss what your body needs and your likes and dislikes in order to design a treatment tailored to you. The session can include techniques such as Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Gentle Stretching, and Trigger Point Therapy. The intent is to release pent up tension, decrease pain, and increase range of motion.
Our massage sessions are always customized to your needs. A therapeutic session can be anything from a relaxation massage to a deep, specific session to reduce pain, or anywhere in between. Maybe your preference is a combination of light and deep work, you can have what your body needs. Each of our therapists has gone through training in a variety of modalities and each offer a unique touch. They bring their knowledge of an array of techniques to the massage table and can not only customize the depth of touch, but the techniques used.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Massage is a deep, full-body treatment that works by using deep passive stretches and compressions along the energy lines of the body. It is a passive yoga, where the therapist is moving a relaxed body into the stretches. Client is fully clothed, so please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. Both energizing and relaxing, it brings a wonderful balance to the soul along with increased flexibility and range of motion.Table Thai Massage 70 minutes/$95 .
Chair Massage
Offered in the downstairs office when available. *Also provided for businesses or other parties by appointment.$1 per minute – *May require certain specifications.
